We are delighted to confirm our first solo exhibition with the hugely talented Yanko Tihov ‘Life Without Borders’.
Tihov’s work is broadly autobiographical, his collections mere the practical, popular and mass culture synonymous with ‘Pop Art’. Whether his work focuses on maps or the universally recognised lego figures his work is always inspired by history, immigration and changes to the world map.
Tihov’s work can be found in collections around the globe following sell out shows in LA and New York. He has exhibited at Royal Institute of Painters, Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the Royal Academy summer Exhibition of the past five years and now his first solo show at Select Gallery.
‘Life Without Borders’ opens Saturday 22nd June with drinks flowing and special guest DJ Journeaux performing 12 – 3pm.
